Questions we often get
How long does a study take?
It depends on the scope. Before starting we give you a fixed timeline; simple requests are usually faster than ones that need visits or many suppliers.
How much does it cost?
Each study is quoted according to its scope. Tell us your case and we'll reply with scope, timeline and price before we start. You pay nothing until you agree.
Which cities do you cover?
In-person visits are in Kansai (Osaka, Kyoto, Kobe, Nara). Calls, supplier research and quotes cover all of Japan.
Do you only research, or also do it?
The study comes first. If you then want help carrying it out (meetings, visits, coordinating a trip or event), we quote that separately.
Which languages is the report in?
English, Spanish or Arabic. If you need a copy for a Japanese partner, tell us when you ask.
Are you lawyers or immigration agents?
No. We don't give legal advice or process visas. We explain what each procedure requires and, when needed, point you to a licensed professional.
